Walk MC curve in 10MW increments to calculate total cost

Can't find antiderivitive of marginal cost, so must do it this
way
Make sure no gnerator has a minimum generator < 10MW.
demand(T) * MC(T)
How do we make sure to calculate the other operating costs besides fuel only once?
